Our office is open from 8:00am until 7:00pm weekdays, and 9:00am until 7:pm on weekends and public holidays.
If you require late check-in or key-access outside of these hours, please contact Reception on 03 6424 8411 prior to your arrival to arrange collection from the key safe.
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of departure. If you would like to check out later than that, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. However, sometimes it simply isn’t possible as the rooms need to be cleaned for incoming guests.
Tourist information brochures can be obtained from reception. The Devonport Visitor Centre is located at 145 Rooke Street, Market Square, and is open 09:00 - 17:00 daily except Sunday when it is closed. Ph: (03) 6420 2900

Our motel is perfectly suited to have your vehicle parked right in front of your room for your convenience.
In addition, we have a wash-bay on site where you can clean your vehicle free of charge.
Please contact reception if you have a trailer you wish to park inside the property for safety!
A guest laundry is available; the commercial washing machine and dryer each take 2x $2.00 coins ($4 per load). Laundry powder is available from reception free of charge. If you don't have the correct change, feel free to visit reception to exchange paper money for coins.
You will find free coffee and tea with milk and water in you room upon check-in. If you require a top-up just let us know at reception and we will be happy to oblige.
Your stay is made just that little bit more special with our shampoo and hair conditioner offered free of charge. You will also find body wash and in the shower and hand wash at the basin for your convenience.
We offer microwaves for guests wanting to warm up their own favourite dishes in the comfort of their own room. Please contact reception to inform us if you wish to have a microwave put in your room.
We offer electric blankets for guests wanting that extra bit of warmth in the winter months. Please contact reception to inform us if you wish to have an electric blanket out on your bed.
Depending on availability, a fold out bed ($20) or a cot ($10) are available in our Executive and Family room types. In addition, we offer a roll-out bed as well for an extra guest in our Deluxe room types.
